1. Introduction

ggvip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes through our platform or via email. Continued use of ggvip after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the ggvip platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services, whether from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, or any other part of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility

Use of the ggvip platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. ggvip actively enforces these requirements and may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on ggvip.
• You must be accessing our platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, company, or third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ggvip employee where such participation presents a conflict of interest.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user may hold only one registered account on ggvip. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

ggvip applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. To process withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion, we may require the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address not older than three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other registered payment method).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ggvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. ggvip reserves the right to apply processing times and to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

• Deposits are generally credited immediately. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 2 to 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• ggvip does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• ggvip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if fraud or account policy violations are suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ggvip may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are offered at ggvip's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements and eligibility rules. These details are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions. Failure to meet rollover conditions before requesting a withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• ggvip reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel winnings derived from bonuses where abuse or exploitation of promotional offers is detected.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ggvip is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, glitches, or errors in games or the ggvip platform for financial gain.

In all cases where prohibited conduct is identified, ggvip reserves the right to void any bets placed, cancel any winnings generated, and permanently close the offending account. Any funds deposited using fraudulent payment methods may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

ggvip makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate error-free or without interruption. Where service disruptions affect in-progress bets or gaming sessions, ggvip will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and fairly, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or refunds in every case.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ggvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions, including the creation of duplicate accounts.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or use of stolen payment credentials on the platform.
